We offer an employment-related curriculum to help individuals relearn job skills. It may include vocational evaluation, social skill training, work hardening, and job training. Our job placement services involve coaching and follow-along for continued support while the individual is working.

When an individual is ready for employment, a Vocational Evaluation is completed, including an interest inventories assessment.  Our Employment Specialist works with the individual to find the best possible match for both the person's interests and abilities.  Work hardening, job placement, job training and coaching, and follow-along services are provided as needed.

Placement, Coaching, and Follow-Along: Job placement, job coaching, and follow-along employment services are available thorough Community Transitions. Our Employment Specialist can assist you in finding employment, getting additional training on the job, and provide you with extra supports you may need to maintain employment.
