| | We offer an employment-related curriculum to help individuals relearn job skills. It may include vocational evaluation, social skill training, work hardening, and job training. Our job placement services involve coaching and follow-along for continued support while the individual is working. When an individual is ready for employment, a Vocational Evaluation is completed, including an interest inventories assessment. Our Employment Specialist works with the individual to find the best possible match for both the person's interests and abilities. Work hardening, job placement, job training and coaching, and follow-along services are provided as needed. |
