Support Groups: Brain Injury Support Group of the Black Hills - Next Meeting is Thursday, May 8, 2008. - The Brain Injury Support Group of the Black Hills typically meets on the second Tuesday of every month, however for May the group will meet on Thursday, May 8th to coincide with the 3rd Annual Black Hills Brain Injury Conference. The group meets at Community Transitions (at our new facility) in the Conference Room at 6:15PM and finishes by 8PM. The support group provides a confidential environment where persons with brain injury and their families can share accomplishments and struggles and find others who understand. The group tries to have an educational speaker at least every 2-3 months. A monthly newsletter is sent out to those on the mailing list.
