News and Events

The 3rd Annual Black Hills Brain Injury Conference (Click Here to get to registration, vendor booths and agenda info) will be held in May 8th & 9th, 2008 at the Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn.  This year we are partnering with Regional Health/Regional Rehabilitation Institute to bring a larger and even better regional conference.  Dr. George Prigatano, Dr. Pauline Boss and brain injury survivor Jackie Pflug are just a few of our scheduled nationally renowned speakers. We plan to have tracks for both professionals and family members and survivors.  We hope to see you there!

Community Transitions is celebrating 20 years of brain injury rehabilitation services!  In January 1988, Community Transitions opened its doors for the first time and began providing quality brain injury rehabilitation services.  Twenty years later, we're still here and going strong!  In February 2008 we moved into a new, larger facility located at 803 Soo San Drive in Rapid City.
