A brain injury can happen to anyone at any time. A brain injury is something you cannot plan for and often individual resources are stretched thin by excessive medical expenses. Non-profit agencies like ours face significant fiscal challenges during these difficult economic times. In spite of this we continue to be committed to providing the highest level of care to all the people we serve. Community Transitions is a non-profit organization under the 501 (c) (3) Internal Revenue Code therefore your donation is tax deductible. Your donation will go toward improving the quality and availability of services for people with brain injury.

Who will you be helping? Community Transitions provides services to people with brain injury---from teenagers to the elderly, traumatic brain injuries and strokes as well as people with other kinds of brain injuries. We provide rehabilitation to both men and women. We also provide brain injury rehabilitation to some of our nation's wounded warriors.
